Frequently asked questions
What does “per employee per month” mean?
For Pro and Enterprise plans, you pay for each team member who has an active Sivient account. If you have 10 employees on Pro, that's $15 × 10 = $150/month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data and settings are preserved — pick a plan and you're right back where you left off.
Does Sivient store my emails?
No. Sivient reads and labels your emails in-place. We never store email content on our servers.
